We offer two payment options:

Yes, you can redeem a voucher when purchasing online by entering the voucher code in the appropriate field during the order process.
Please note the voucher conditions:
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts.
- It is not possible to divide the voucher value over several purchases.
- The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash, unused credit expires.
To maximise the benefit, we recommend redeeming the voucher in full when placing an order.
You can check the status of your parcel at any time with tracking.
After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the dispatch confirmation and your
tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel directly on the
shipping service provider's website.

We deliver to all European countries. You can find information on deliveries to other countries in our shipping table.
As soon as we have received and checked the item, we will refund you the corresponding amount.
Yes, you can change or cancel an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible as soon as processing begins.

Processing may take a few working days. You will receive an email as soon as the refund is finalised.
We will provide you with a returns label so that you can return the goods free of charge. In some cases, we will also organise a collection. You can request the return label via your customer account or contact our customer service - we will be happy to send it to you.
